Paternity Matters Newsletter

The Paternity Matters newsletter is written for hospital birth certificate specialists and midwives who work with unwed parents at the time of the baby’s birth. This newsletter provides educational articles about paternity establishment, contains a question and answer section based on questions received from birth certificate specialists, introduces new materials available to help with paternity establishment, and pays tribute to all of the hard work Utah’s birth certificate specialists do.
